Application Scope
Acrylic Adhesive Glue is quick-setting for bonding, repairing, and sealing iron, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, ABS plastics, PVC materials, polystyrene, glass, acrylic, and other special materials.[reference:7] It is ideal for household repairs and sealing applications in cars, motorcycles, tractors, and various mechanical components.[reference:8]
Using Method
Step 1: Surface Preparation
- Clean surfaces to remove loose dirt, grease, or oil. For best results, roughen smooth surfaces.
Step 2: Adhesive Application
- Dispense equal volumes of Component A and Component B (1:1 ratio). Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved.
- Apply the mixed adhesive evenly onto both surfaces and join immediately.
Step 3: Curing Time
- Fixture time occurs within minutes at room temperature. Full bond strength is reached after 24 hours.

Important Safety Instructions
- 1 Do not mix use the applicators for Component A and Component B. Always seal containers tightly after use and avoid any cross-contamination between the two components.[reference:10]
- 2 Prepare only the amount of glue needed for immediate use. Do not mix more than required.[reference:11]
- 3 Use in a well-ventilated area and keep away from fire or any ignition sources.[reference:12]
- 4 Avoid skin contact. In case of contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If glue gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water for several minutes and seek medical attention promptly if irritation persists.[reference:13]
- 5 Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.[reference:14]
- 6 Always perform a test application in advance to ensure proper usage and avoid errors.[reference:15]
Storage and packing
- Store in a cool (below 20°C/68°F), dry place. Keep sealed. Valid within 12 months.[reference:16]
