Viscosity: ca. 5500 mPa.s | pH: ca. 3 | Minimum Film Forming Temperature: Approx 8°C | High Temperature Stability: Stable after 1 week storage under 50°C
Advantages
- Excellent rate of bond strength development.
- D4 water resistance, suitable for constant water immersion.
- Available for interior and exterior application.
- Low timber staining characteristics.
- Water based formula for easy clean up.
- Compatible with radio frequency cure processing.
Scope of Application( Typical Solid Content: 20% - 35%)
- Paper and Packaging Industry: Mainly used in pasting, carton forming, low-grade paper tube winding, book binding, and craft making where high water resistance and strength are not critical.
- Primary Processing and Temporary Fixing: Suitable for initial positioning or temporary bonding in furniture production.
- Porous Material Bonding: Due to its good penetration, it can be used for bonding porous materials with low surface requirements.
Wood Glue Core Applications
- Furniture Manufacturing: Joining mortise and tenon structures, panel splicing, laminated board pressing, etc.
- Indoor Woodworking: Door and window production, staircase installation, cabinet assembly, etc.
- Wood Crafting: The preferred choice for both amateur woodworking enthusiasts and professional artisans.
- Some Building Material Processing: Such as bonding substrate materials for composite flooring.
Using Method
- The joint surface must be clean and dry.
- Apply adhesive, press parts together until set, and allow 24 hours at room temperature to achieve full strength.
Important Usage Instructions & Warnings
- 1 Do not use iron containers for packaging.
- 2 Temperature Control: Use and apply at 10°C or above. After application, the bonded product must also be kept at 10°C or above until fully cured. Low temperatures may prevent proper film formation, resulting in reduced bond strength.
- 3 Storage: After use, wipe the bottle mouth clean and seal tightly to preserve for future use.
- 4 If Partial Coagulation Occurs: If the glue shows signs of partial coagulation, mix thoroughly until uniform. This will not affect its adhesive properties.
- 5 Wood Moisture Content: For optimal bonding, wood moisture content should be maintained between 8% to 15%. Values outside this range may compromise bond quality.
- 6 Safety Precautions: Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
