PVC Adhesive is a single-component, solvent-based glue primarily composed of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. It is specifically designed for bonding rigid PVC materials and fittings, offering advantages such as easy application, fast drying, corrosion resistance, hot water resistance, and high bond strength.

Scope Application
Pipe Joint Gum is suitable for use with PVC, UPVC, and CPVC pipes in both cold and hot water systems. It is designed for cementing rigid PVC drainage pipes, sewage pipes (including UPVC and CPVC pipes), and corresponding pipe fittings.
Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the joint surfaces are dry, clean, and free of oil.
- Apply the adhesive evenly to the surface, and press the parts together immediately (do not allow the adhesive to dry before pressing).
- The bond will set within 5–10 minutes, achieve substantial strength in 2–3 hours, and reach full service strength after 24 hours.
Warning
- 1 Use only in a well-ventilated area and keep away from fire or any ignition source.
- 2 Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
- 3 Always tightly seal the container after use to prevent evaporation.
- 4 Keep out of reach of children and do not ingest.
Storage and Packing
- Store the product in a cool, dry place. It has a shelf life of 12 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, the product may be used only after passing quality inspection.
- Transport as a flammable material.
